Understanding Autism:  A three part series     Fee:  $40 per session
9/23/09    The Basics:  How Autism Affects Individuals and Families
10/21/09  Sensory Integration and Behavioral Issues for Individuals with Autism
11/4/09    Communication Considerations for Individuals with Autism

9/15/09             9 amnoon     Fee:  $35 for professionals
Getting From Here to There:  How Service Coordinators Can Guide Individuals with Disabilities through Any Transition Process:
   This three hour workshop will cover two topics:  transition from year to year and transition from high school to the adult service system.

10/7/09             9 amnoon     Fee:  $45 for professionals
The Path to Success:  Can Behavioral Challenges and Success Be in Sync?  This workshop, presented by Kathy and Matt Giordano, will explore ways to meet the needs of individuals with neurological and behavioral disorders.  Fee:  $25 for individuals with disabilities and family members

10/27/09            9 am4 pm     Fee:  $65 for professionals
Demystifying Autism and Other Neurological Differences: 
The Advocacy Center is pleased to present William Stillman, Self Advocate, Author, and Consultant.  Parents, self advocates, caregivers, education professionals, and medical professionals will benefit from his perspective as he helps to shape a new way of approaching, teaching, and transitioning individuals with any developmental disability.

Sensory Integration Workshop:
